Neodymium magnetic plate-type holders with holes for conical-head screws consist of a U-shaped steel profile in which is mounted neodymium plate magnet. This design greatly increases the magnet's holding power when it is in direct contact with a metal surface. In addition, the steel housing protects the sensitive magnet from damage caused by repeated impacts. Thanks to the holes, flat magnets can be securely attached to suitable surfaces using countersunk screws. They can also be easily inserted into grooves.
Neodymium magnetic plate-type holders with holes for conical-head screws – properties
Strong neodymium magnetic holders are mounted in a U-shaped steel channel. Steel increases the magnet's holding power when the magnet is placed directly on a thick iron surface. If there is no direct contact with the surface, or if the sheet metal is thin, painted, or rough, it may not adhere as well. A specific lifting capacity was measured at a right angle to the ground. It takes much less force to move the magnet side to side. So if you use magnets on the wall, you can put much less strain on it than if you use them on the ceiling. These magnets are not rust-resistant and are therefore intended for use in dry environments.
Neodymium magnetic plate-type holders with holes for conical-head screws—most common applications
Because it is recessed into the housing neodymium magnet, it cannot be destroyed, that is. The support on the metal surface is provided solely by the U-shaped legs of the housing. The magnetic mount can be easily attached using one or two countersunk screws. Suitable for screws or bolts with a countersunk head with a diameter of 3–3.5 mm. Due to the existing U-shaped profile, the magnetic force acts only on the open side. As a result, there is no perceptible magnetic force on the housing side. Our product line includes 8 different lengths, ranging from 10 mm to 80 mm. In the case of the version with two holes, they can be secured in a way that is particularly resistant to rotation. The possible applications are almost limitless. These slim, plate-style neodymium magnetic holders with holes for Phillips-head screws are widely used in industry, trade show construction, workshops, and hobby applications.. Anywhere where a sturdy, powerful magnet is needed in a small space.
