We have divided the carabiners in our store into two subcategories: carabiners with a safety lock and carabiners without a safety lock. Each of these two types is available in three sizes:
- 8 mm
- 10 mm
- 12 mm
Carabiners are one of several items in the search kit, which is available in various versions on our website in the “Accessories for Mounts and Magnets”. The size of a carabiner affects its maximum working load, which was a factor in selecting the appropriate carabiners for the sets mentioned above.
Carabiners—indispensable at work and on survival expeditions
Carabiners of various shapes and sizes are essential gear for every climber. When used with a sturdy rope, they provide basic safety on climbing walls. Our product line includes snap hooks without a safety latch for quickly connecting two items, as well as snap hooks with a screw-on ring for added safety. In addition to carabiners, we also carry ropes in various colors and several sizes of thimbles.
